About The Music City Track Carnival

With a new name, a new logo, and a new menu of events, what was the Music City Distance Carnival is expanding in 2021 to offer events to pro sprints, jumps and throws athletes!

Locations

Music City Track Carnival takes place on June 4th (Steeplechase Only), 5th & 6th, 2021. There are multiple locations for the races, READ BELOW FOR DIRECTIONS TO EACH VENUE.

June 4th, 2021 - Middle Tennessee State University (STEEPLECHASE ONLY)

Music City Track Carnival will be hosting the Men's and Women's steeplechase at Middle Tennessee State University (Dean A. Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium) on June 4th, 2021. See the schedule below for starting times of each event.

Music City Track Carnival will be hosting the rest of the Men's and Women's events at Montgomery Bell Academy (Montgomery Bell Academy Stadium) on June 5th & 6th, 2021. See the schedule below for starting times of each event.

Meet Details

Athlete Check-In:

All athletes please check in at the Northeast corner of the track near the parking garage to obtain your bib number. Your bib number will serve as your facility access ticket. Pro athletes will receive a wrist band. There will be a specific area with tents for professional athletes. Please check-in at least 1 hour before your event.

Athlete Clerking:

Athletes will be asked to report to the clerking tent (in the warm-up area) 30min before their event. Athletes will be walked onto the track before their event by a clerk and will have time to run on the track in spikes before the start. Field event athletes will be able to warm up at their competition areas.

Spectator Entries and Parking:

Spectators can enter at the North or South gates (marked on the map). Parking is available in the main parking garage or by the tennis courts (see map). You can purchase general admissions tickets at the gate or online for $10 and finish line tickets online ONLY HERE. Please have your online tickets ready at the gates.

Merchandise:

MCTC T-Shirts ($25) and Hatch Posters ($15) will be for sale behind the main stands.

Concessions:

There will NOT be concessions at the meet. Spectators can bring in their own food and drinks in small personal coolers/bags. No alcoholic beverages permitted.

Montgomery Bell Academy Track will be available from 8am-4pm June 5th, 2021 for practice and from 8am-12pm June 6th, 2021.
